SRH Team 2025 Player List: Complete Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) team and players list for IPL 2025

On Day 1 of the IPL 2025 Mega Auction in Jeddah, Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH) emerged as one of the most active bidders, making some significant acquisitions to bolster their team despite having a small budget.

By paying a hefty INR 11.25 crore for wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan, their highest buy of the day, the 2016 champions made their intentions apparent. By paying INR 10 crore to acquire experienced pacer Mohammed Shami following a fierce bidding battle between several clubs, the squad further bolstered its bowling assault.

With the addition of Harshal Patel and spinner Rahul Chahar, SRH greatly improved their bowling lineup. Additionally, the squad signed domestic players Abhinav Manohar and Atharva Taide for hefty rewards, and Australian spinner Adam Zampa.

Day 2 of the auction was difficult for SRH because they had only INR 5.15 crore left in their purse and at least five spots to fill. The early stages of the second day of the mega-auctions showed the former champions to be mute. Adding domestic talent to their squad was one of the team’s key moves.

Brydon Carse, Kamindu Mendis, and Jaydev Unadkat are some of the intriguing names that SRH added to their composition later in the day. The two-day mega-auction left the side with only INR 20 lakh after they had spent almost all of their money.
