In lieu of Lungisani Ngidi, who is leaving to serve in South Africa, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has recruited Blessing Muzarabani. On May 26, the replacement will take effect.
Blessing Muzarabani, a bowler for Zimbabwe, has taken 78 wickets in 70 Twenty20 Internationals thus far.
He has also played in 55 ODIs and 12 Test matches for Zimbabwe. He will pay INR 75 lakh to join Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
The 28-year-old has participated in several T20 leagues, including the Vitality Blast, ILT20, CPL, and PSL. He has impressive stats for the first two leagues listed out of those. In the ILT20, he has claimed 22 wickets in 17 games for the Gulf Giants and 21 wickets in 15 games for the combined Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru enters the playoffs with ease.
Saturday night’s match, which was much anticipated by Royal Challengers Bengaluru supporters as an homage to Virat Kohli on his Test retirement, ended in a washout for the Bengaluru team. The ‘no result’ that night resulted in KKR being eliminated even though RCB did not qualify.
However, GT’s decisive win over DC a day later guaranteed that not only they but also Royal Challengers Bengaluru and PBKS would make it to the playoffs.
