Naman Dhir has been picked as the India A team’s deputy captain, and wicketkeeper-batter Jitesh Sharma has been named captain. Young players Priyansh Arya and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who are both regarded as promising future prospects, will handle the opening duties. With Nehar Wadhera, Suryansh Shedge, Ramandeep Singh, Ashutosh Sharma, and Abhisek Porel in the middle order, the batting lineup gains significant depth.

Yudhvir Singh Charak, Vijay Kumar Vyshak, Gurjapneet Singh, and Yash Thakur make up the pace attack, while Harsh Dubey and Suyash Sharma will be the spin alternatives in the bowling department.

Gurnoor Singh Brar, Kumar Kushagra, Tanush Kotian, Sameer Rizvi, and Shaik Rasheed are the other five standby players that the BCCI has named.
