The incident took place at the end of the fourth over of the Hobart Hurricanes’ run chase.
In the Gabba’s DJ booth, a little fire started. A man was really observed carrying a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. However, the police swiftly began evacuating the supporters in the middle of the chaos. The third deck, which is behind the scoreboard at the stadium, is where the fire was said to have occurred.
Due to the event, the gaming stands are currently closed, and an investigation is underway.
No fan was harmed by the fire at the Gabba
To everyone’s relief, though, the game quickly resumed after the venue took certain preventative steps because the fire was under control and subsequently put out. Speaking of the BBL match, the Hurricanes are attempting to reach the lofty goal of 202 runs against the Heats.
