When Mayank Yadav was named in India’s 15-man team for their three-match Twenty20 International Series against Bangladesh, there was a great deal of excitement. Mayank failed to reach the 150 kph mark during his whole four-over spell. But in 17 of the 24 deliveries he bowled, he did surpass 140 kph.

When Mayank bowled a maiden in his opening over during his T20I international debut, he became the third player from India to reach the notable milestone in the 20-over format, along with Arshdeep Singh and Ajit Agarkar.
