Lyon, who is expected to return against Pakistan, is expected to be a key member of Australia’s bowling attack. The first Test match was held at Optus Stadium in Perth, and Lyon has had success there, taking 22 wickets in three games.
Babar Azam, who just gave up the leadership, has 10 Test matches versus Australia under his belt, with an excellent average of 44.38. “The hunger level for playing Test matches is probably higher than ever if I’m being honest,” he stated. “I’m really looking forward to it. I enjoy performing at Optus Stadium in Perth. It would be difficult to defeat Pakistan, thus the fight will be thrilling.”
