Babar Azam gives a pointed response to the reporter on the question about Sarfaraz Ahmed, saying, “Koi Pachtawa Nahi Hai.”

After the series, when asked if he had any “regrets” at not seeing Sarfaraz be a part of the team for such a long length of time, the captain of Pakistan’s cricket team, Babar Azam, offered a straightforward response to the question.

The opportunity that was presented to Sarfaraz Ahmed to play for the Pakistan cricket team in the Test series against New Zealand was one that he seized with both hands and turned into a memorable comeback for Pakistan. In what was his maiden Test series after four years, Sarfaraz emerged as Pakistan’s leading run-scorer at the batting position.

He also struck a historic century in the Karachi match, which saved Pakistan’s match. In his response to the reporter, Babar Azam was unwavering and did not even so much as budge an inch.

“Nahi, mujhe koi pachtawa nahi (No. I do not harbour any regrets at this time) “, said Babar Azam in response.

Sarfaraz scored a total of 335 runs against New Zealand in the two matches that were played, with an average score of 83.75 runs per game. In addition to this accolade, Sarfaraz was awarded the Player of the Match award for the second test as well as the Player of the Series award.
