Vihaan Malhotra will serve as Ayush Mhatre‘s deputy throughout the eight-team event, while the young opening batsman has been selected as the team’s captain. The India U19 team has been selected by the Junior Cricket Committee for the forthcoming ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup, which will begin on December 12 in Dubai. Meanwhile, the team has also been led by standout additions like Vedant Trivedi and Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
Abhigyan Kundu will be the wicketkeeper’s main responsibility. Harvansh Singh has also been selected as a backup wicketkeeping option. Schedule for the ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup in 2025
India’s campaign will begin on Friday, December 12 at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai. A few days later, they will play Pakistan in a high-stakes match at the same location. The Seven’s facility will host their third and last group stage match on Tuesday. The summit match is scheduled for Sunday, December 21, while the two semi-finals will take place on Friday, December 19.
