India and Australia played a high-stress Boxing Day Test match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), and tensions were running high. Cricket fans all throughout the world have taken notice of a startling incident that occurred in the stands during the match.

After reportedly punching an Indian supporter, an Australian fan is seen being hauled out of the famous venue in a video that has gone viral on social media. The Australian fan became “overwhelmed by emotions” before becoming violent, according to the caption posted by the individual who posted the video.

Mohammed Siraj and Marnus Labuschagne have been vying for attention since the second Test in Adelaide, demonstrating the obvious hostility between the two teams. After shoulder-bumping Sam Konstas on the first day of the Boxing Day Test, Virat Kohli received a 20% match fee fine and one demerit point.

Following this incident, a well-known Australian newspaper referred to Kohli as “Clown Kohli.” The same publication also referred to Rohit as a “Captain Cry Baby.” Thus, the tension has not remained limited to Australia’s magnificent stadiums.

With their decisive victory in Melbourne, Australian advances one step closer to the WTC Final.

But in the Post-Tea session, the hosts recorded a convincing victory after they were shot out for 155.

In the fifth and final Test match, the action will move to the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The meeting will begin on Friday, January 3. With this victory, Australia solidified their second-place ranking in the World Test Championship (WTC) points standings and secured a spot in the summit match.
