In addition to keeping the series alive for the visitors, India’s valiant draw with England in the fourth Test at Old Trafford saw left-arm bowler Arshdeep Singh perform a bhangra dance as he ascended the dressing room steps.
In the fourth Test, India gave an outstanding effort. The visitors mounted an incredible comeback after falling behind by more than 300 runs and losing two wickets in their second innings without scoring. Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja, and Washington Sundar’s centuries helped create the draw. With one game remaining, India maintained the series at 2-1 by finishing at 425/4, denying England a victory.
Arshdeep Singh, who hasn’t yet made an appearance in the starting lineup, conducted a bhangra celebration on the way to the dressing room, which is when the incident happened.
Arshdeep Singh can be seen dancing his way up the steps in the video, which has gone viral.

In the fifth Test, Arshdeep Singh is probably going to make his debut.
During a training session in Beckenham, the left-arm bowler who was anticipated to make his possible debut in the Manchester Test was sidelined due to an impact injury to his left thumb sustained while bowling in the nets.
Arshdeep might soon make it to the XI in the meanwhile. Given Mohammed Siraj’s exhaustion and Jasprit Bumrah’s apparent need for recovery following a heavy effort, the Indian management may give the tall left-armer his Test debut at The Oval. He is regarded as a possible Bumrah substitute if he recovers from a hand injury in time.
In addition, Kuldeep Yadav, an excellent spinner, might also replace Shardul Thakur in the starting lineup for the last Test. Notably, Kuldeep is a key member of the XI, as Indian bowling coach Morne Morkel had previously stated. But in order for him to be selected, the top six batters must bat more convincingly and reliably.
