Luckily, the cricketer will get better quickly and be able to get back to work.
In the meantime, the England and Wales Cricket Board confirmed the same thing and said that the pacer will join the national team for the June 1 match against Ireland.
“Scans showed that Robinson’s ankle was not hurt, and he will join the England men’s Test squad this weekend before the LV= Insurance Test match against Ireland on June 1 at Lord’s,” said the statement.
On the other hand, Robinson’s dad and Sussex’s head coach, Paul Farbrace, said that the player only feels pain when he walks, not when he runs. But he should get better very quickly and should also be able to play in the Test match against Ireland. In place of the great fast bowler Jofra Archer, Ollie will be a key member of the team.
