Once more, Jos Buttler won the toss and put the Indian team in the batting order. Abhishek Sharma immediately made history by reaching his second century with 135 off 54 deliveries, including seven fours and 13 sixes. India reached a huge total of 247-9 because to this knock and a few cameos from Tilak Varma, Shivam Dube, and Axar Patel. In a 20-over match, this was sufficient to exert pressure on any team attempting to chase.
The Indian squad maintained their supremacy against England at home, winning the T20I series 4-1. Another disappointing performance for the visitors, who lost the fifth Twenty20 International by a huge 150-run margin at Wankhede Stadium after failing to defeat the Indian squad.
The England batting did get off to a strong start, but in the end, they were bowled out for a pitiful 97 thanks to a combined effort from Abhishek Sharma and Shivam Dube, who both contributed with the ball. The only player who did any more damage was star opener Philip Salt, who scored a fantastic half-century with 55 off 23 deliveries. With final statistics of 3/25, Mohammed Shami emerged as the best bowler, capping off an incredible comeback series.
Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy: The series’ main stars
Both Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy were the true stars of the series for India and were giving the England squad trouble. After this great knock, Abhishek finished the series as the series’ top scorer with 279 runs at a strike rate of 219.68 and an average of 55.80. With three wickets during the series, he also made a contribution.
On the other side, Chakravarthy had a fantastic T20 leg campaign as well, taking 14 wickets in five games, including five in the Rajkot match. Additionally, the leg-spinner maintained an astounding economy of 7.66 and an average of just 9.85. This was sufficient for the leggie to win Player of the Series.

When Archer took that catch was surprised that he was still looking in the front & not behind in the stands when Abhishek finally mistimed one.
