AB de Villiers, a former South African cricketer, recently talked about the similarities between him and Indian star Suryakumar Yadav.

“Suryakumar Yadav has a wide range of shots that I never tried during my time as a player. “It’s fun to watch Yadav bat when he’s in the zone,” de Villiers said in an interview with JioCinema for the Home of Heroes show.
AB de Villiers thinks that Yadav can easily change gears during his game, which makes him a really great batter. The former captain of the Proteas praised Yadav’s calmness at the bat, saying that it was a big part of his success. He also said that Yadav’s ability to stay calm lets him move slowly and get himself in the best place for each delivery.
“When he’s sure of himself, he moves so slowly and sets it up so nicely. He gets the ball pretty late in the game. And once a hitter gets that, once they realise that the faster the bowler goes, the more they have to let the ball come to them, it really starts to click, and I think he has gotten that. So, anything is possible. “Sorry about that,” he said.
