Ravichandran Ashwin, an all-round bowler from India, recently made an appearance on a show presented by famous cricket journalist Vimal Kumar.
As he prepared for the ten Test matches that the Indian team had scheduled, R Ashwin thanked Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh, two of the greatest Indian cricket players ever, and credited them for his success.
“I am fortunate, mai lucky hu. I have learnt from the legacy that Anil bhai and Harbhajan left behind. Whatever I may be accomplishing now is a result of them. “What I am doing is a part of the journey,” a reflective Ashwin said in a video that is available on Vimal’s official YouTube page.
In addition, he laughed at the frequent discussions that the public had about how much money they were making in the Indian Premier League. Ashwin thought it was funny that people were forgetting to account for inflation, which would have an impact on future wages.
“I find it funny when people claim that cricket players are earning a lot of money in the IPL and say other things like that. pondering it). Will the wage be the same in 2040 as it is now, if the IPL happens? The world is going to advance,” Ashwin said.

Ashwin continued his point about how time is a dynamic entity by relating the same idea he used to discuss player wages to his own Test record. He seemed certain that a better cricketer would be produced in the future who would be able to surpass his record of wickets taken in the longest format of the game.
“I’m going somewhere, and someone else is going to go ahead. There will be a 400-meter relay race, similar to that. one person 100 meters, then another 100 meters. People will evolve and become better as a result. I am wholehearted certain that someone even more magnificent or greater than I am will appear,” Ashwin continued.

Ashwin, who is presently ranked second among all-rounders in the men’s category on the ICC chart, would be eager to get the Test series against Bangladesh underway with a bang when it begins in a few weeks.
