The 24-year-old brought attention to the situation in her community on Wednesday, August 28, by posting a video on her Instagram story.
She spoke about being caught in a “pretty bad situation.” Several NDRF officials were visible in her video.

Former cricket player Irfan Pathan had earlier issued a stay-in caution due to the flooding. Noting that the water was getting worse, he urged everyone to take precautions.
