In Bangladesh’s current T20 World Cup 2024, Shakib Al Hasan has had a terrible opening two matches. But in the game’s shortest format, one or two innings could go wrong, according to captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, who backed the iconic all-rounder.

Shakib has only amassed 97 runs and claimed six wickets in his last eight Twenty20 Internationals. Shanto expressed optimism that the veteran would do well against the Dutch team, saying that he is putting in a lot of effort in the nets.
