After the IND-PAK match, Shahid Afridi discloses his talk with Yuvraj Singh

Against Pakistan in their most recent match in the T20 World Cup 2024, Team India had a rough start. India scored just 119 runs in the first innings while batting first. In the initial phases of the run chase, Pakistan appeared to be in complete control of the objective.

Pakistan’s ambitions to chase were dashed, though, by India’s outstanding bowling assault. The Indian squad defeated Pakistan by six runs thanks to the outstanding skills of Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya.

Shahid Afridi and Yuvraj Singh, two former cricket players for Pakistan and India, were spotted discussing the game during the match. Their talk instantly went viral.

Afridi responds, “Isn’t it fair that I am sad? ” to Yuvraj Singh’s question on why he is depressed at the start of the video. Was this a game that Pakistan ought to have lost? When we had to score forty runs to win, Yuvraj said to me, “Lala, congrats! I am exiting the game and won’t be watching it again. I informed him, ‘Yuvi, iss pitch pe chaalis runs bohut hain. 40 runs is a lot on this pitch; don’t applaud me too soon. Itni jaldi mubarakbaad na de mujhe.

“Even though I predicted that Pakistan would prevail, I was still optimistic that India might win from there. It doesn’t matter if we win or lose; what matters is that our camaraderie should endure, Yuvraj Singh stated.

Next up is India vs USA.

In relation to the Indian squad, they are now atop their group’s points standings. India has four points from their two wins in two games, and they plan to keep up their performance in the remaining games.

The USA, who are co-hosts, will play the Men in Blue in their upcoming match. The 25th match of the tournament will take place on Wednesday, June 12 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, between the two teams.
