The 30-year-old all-rounder then took Rohit Sharma’s place as captain after being moved from the Gujarat Titans to MI. Consequently, he has faced intense criticism from supporters ever since, and regrettably, he failed to make an impression as captain as Mumbai has lost all three of its games this season.
Recently, former Australia captain Michael Clarke spoke candidly about his chat with the adaptable all-round player. He characterized the MI captain as a confident person and gave him the order to lead his team to victory because the supporters hold the team in high regard.
