Building teammates’ trust and confidence is important, as Indian skipper Rohit Sharma highlighted while talking about his leadership approach.
As part of his job, Rohit Sharma said, he has to make tactical choices on the field and interact with teammates off it in order to create a cohesive team atmosphere. Furthermore, he discussed the need to cultivate relationships with each participant and the importance of treating them fairly and precisely, outlining their tasks.
“No matter what position they play on the team, a leader must give players confidence and a sense of worth. Whether they bat ten balls at No. 6 or No. 7, each player’s participation is crucial to the team’s success. “The Times of India cited Rohit Sharma as saying.
It is my goal to speak with each athlete one-on-one, to hear out their worries, and to reassure them. It’s critical to develop confidence and trust, particularly in trying circumstances,” he continued.
Rohit Sharma continued by talking about his first job and how he loves to take on difficult tasks and enjoy overcoming them.
