Novak Djokovic praised the legendary Indian cricket player and expressed his gratitude for his warm remarks. The two sports legends have developed a special bond via their chats, despite never having met in person.

Novak Djokovic expressed his sincere hope that he would soon be able to return to India.

Novak Djokovic talked about his desire to visit India again and expressed his respect for the nation while pursuing his 25th Grand Slam victory. Djokovic said he was eager to learn more about India’s rich history, culture, and spirituality, recalling his previous visit, which was ten years ago.

“In my life, I have only traveled to India once. It was maybe ten or eleven years ago. I traveled to New Delhi to perform for two days at an exhibition event. The visit wasn’t long at all. As a result, I sincerely hope that I will be able to visit you again soon. I have a deep desire to see your stunning nation, which has a wealth of spirituality, history, and culture. It’s incredible,” said Djokovic.

The ten-time champion of the Australian Open takes on Croatian Dino Prizmic in the opening round of the competition. This year, Djokovic wants to achieve a unique feat—a Golden Slam.

For the second Twenty20 International match against Afghanistan in Indore on Sunday, cricket fans may look forward to Virat Kohli’s homecoming. After missing the first game of the series for personal reasons, the master of Indian batting is expected to return to the field with a big effect.”
