Jasprit Bumrah imitates Ravichandran Ashwin's bowling motion; the clip becomes popular

Perfectly imitating the bowling movement of the renowned off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, ace Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah stumped the online community. The amusing occurrence took place in New Zealand during the net practice prior to the second Test. Since then, Bumrah, whose act was documented on camera, has taken the social media world by storm.

The fans were particularly amazed by Jasprit Bumrah because, without exerting any effort, he not only replicated Ashwin’s motion but also conveyed the expression that he typically makes following a successful follow-through bowl. Significantly, the series’ last test is scheduled to take place in Cape Town on Wednesday, January 3. The series is on the line, and Team India is working really hard at the net to win the last Test and tie the series after suffering a crushing setback by an innings.

A picture of the track just appeared online, which brings us to the subject of the terms and pitch that are being offered. According to that photo, there was a lot of grass, suggesting that it might help the pacers and possibly work in favor of the hosts, South Africa. Prior to the game, though, the captain of Team India identified three major issues that his team would face in the coming days.

With Team India still without a Test victory in Capetown, Rohit Sharma is hoping to end the curse.

Even though there is a lot of grass on the surface right now, captain Rohit Sharma said during his discussion about it that it might be trimmed before the game, giving both sides an equal chance to win. It’s interesting to note that the Mumbaikars had not been able to play in South Africa on the previous tour, but the captain informed them that the conditions there were comparable to those they had encountered the previous time because some of the players had played at Newlands.

Finally, but just as importantly, Rohit Sharma mentioned that while it was warmer at Newlands during Team India’s net practice, it was gloomy at the previous location. Thus, bowlers won’t receive as much help as they did in the opening test of the current series. In addition, Rohit Sharma supported Yashasvi Jaiswal and the other young players on the team, hoping for improved performances to try and tie the series. He acknowledged that the circumstances would remain difficult and that it would be difficult for the opener to play freely. He was still hopeful, though, that players like Jaiswal would be able to adjust to the lively surface and score some significant runs for India in Cape Town.
