Sri Lanka completed the run chase with just three wickets lost, winning the match by seven wickets in just 17 overs. With two and one wickets each, respectively, Sarah Glenn and Alice Capsey were the sole wicket-takers for England. The T20I series between Sri Lanka women and England women was finished with the victory. The ODI matches of the multi-format series will now be prepared for by both teams.
