On August 27, 2023, in Lauderhill, Florida: up Sunday, the Texas Chargers won the inaugural US Masters T10 by defeating the New York Warriors in a Super Over by maintaining composure in important situations and putting up an outstanding performance. In the Super Over, the Chargers barely prevailed.
The New York Warriors, who were batting first, lost opener Kamran Akmal after the first delivery before Tillakaratne Dilshan and Richard Levi helped to steady the ship. Before Levi was dismissed for 17, the pair put together a 30-run stand for the second wicket while taking no risks.
