Over the past few years, the Indian team has experienced numerous ups and downs, with Virat Kohli’s performance as their star batter being one of the greatest talking points. Despite being one of the best batters of his generation, Kohli has had difficulty scoring runs recently as he strives for a century.
It is safe to say that Kohli’s form drew a lot of attention from reporters, and with the questions came annoyance from Indian captain Rohit Sharma. Kohli’s century drought abroad, which lasted up to five years, was recently ended after the 34-year-old smashed a brilliant ton against the West Indies in the ongoing multi-format series.
The 36-year-old recently spoke out to express his annoyance at being asked the same questions repeatedly on Virat Kohli form and claimed he has already spoken to them several times. The folks talking don’t realize what’s happening in the dressing room, according to Rohit.
“I’ve given this response several times. Who has scored how many runs, taken how many wickets, or hasn’t taken any, is the outside chatter. People conversing outside have no idea what is going on inside, Rohit Sharma was cited by India Today as stating.

The team as a whole is concentrated on winning the series rather than the remarks from the outside world, according to Rohit, who also agreed that they would like the internal chatter to stay inside.
“Inside conversations stay inside, and we only want them to do so. None of those are items we investigate. How we win a game or a series matters to us. We don’t care who is saying what; we just care about that. I’ve stated this before, and I’ll continue to say it only moving forward,” he remarked.
As he appeared to be in fantastic form throughout the two Test matches against the West Indies, it does appear that Kohli has overcome his dry spell. He has also been in tremendous form lately.
