James Anderson makes England a more formidable team: Meena Ali

James Anderson was rested for the third Ashes Test at Edgbaston after a couple of really subpar performances. Because Mark Wood, who took his place in the middle, performed outstanding, Anderson’s spot in the next two games of the series was in jeopardy. Nevertheless, the team management has chosen to include him in the starting XI for the fourth Test at Old Trafford in Manchester, demonstrating their faith in him.

All-rounder Moeen Ali said it’s excellent that Anderson is back with the team because he may prove to be a force to be reckoned with. He went on to explain that he makes England a better squad and that he anticipates the experienced pacer to recover and assist the home team in tying the series after the fourth game.

Without a question, James Anderson makes England a better team.

I honestly thought he bowled extremely well in both of the games he played in, which were two. He’s probably had some unlucky catches, and things haven’t always gone his way. It’s amazing to see him have the chance to play because he’s the best bowler England has ever had, a legend of a player, and a great guy. Hopefully, he bowls well and gives us the victory, as Moeen was quoted as saying by Cricketmood.

It will be difficult to bat third against Australia: Ali

Moeen Ali will keep the third spot while Ollie Pope is presently out due to a shoulder issue. The cricket player said that while it will be extremely difficult, he is looking forward to the chance to show his mettle in the middle.

“Batting No. 3 against Australia, who have the strongest bowling attack in the world, will undoubtedly be difficult. I am anticipating it. I do like the challenge of batting three, though. It’s the best option, in my opinion, for the team at the moment. I’m excited to compete with these men and feel challenged. They are clearly really good, so I know it’s not simple,” Ali said.
