Ishan Kishan’s selection for the first Test against the West Indies over Srikar Bharat surprised former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra. Notably, the inaugural red-ball match at Windsor Park in Dominica on Wednesday, July 12, gave wicketkeeper-batter Ishan and Yashasvi Jaiswal their first Test caps.
