On Saturday, May 13, 2023, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) met in the 58th match of the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. The AIden Markram-led side scored 182 runs in 20 overs while batting first. Krunal Pandya captured two wickets for LSG, while Yudhvir Singh, Avesh Khan, Yash Thakur, and Amit Mishra each captured one. Klaasen and his batting partner, Abdul Samad, lost momentum after the game was halted for several minutes.
Heinrich Klaasen attacked the SRH audience during a halftime interview, claiming that their behavior halted the team’s momentum. In addition, he criticized the umpires’ poor decision-making.

Pooran’s tremendous strike propels LSG to an easy victory.
The outstanding performance of Nicholas Pooran enabled LSG defeat SRH by seven wickets. The batsman’s unbeaten 44 off 13 deliveries, which included three fours and four sixes, helped LSG successfully chase down the target in 19.2 overs.
