Sanjay Manjrekar, a former India cricketer, criticized Rahul’s slow strike rate during the match when he talked about how he did it. Sanjay Manjrekar told ESPN cricinfo, “You have to play each ball as it comes, and just because your opening partner is going hard doesn’t mean you should slow down.”
LSG’s first loss in the IPL 2023 is due to problems in the middle order.
After the opening pair was sent back to the pavilion, the pressure was on the middle order to deal with the situation, but they were mostly in a good place. Marcus Stonis and Nicholas Pooran were great in the middle, but as soon as they left, LSG fell apart.
