After the top-order batter played a dot delivery and promptly followed it up with the “you can’t see me” gesture, the next delivery was dramatic. The 25-year-old Bangladeshi dismissed the batter with a brilliant return on the very next delivery.

In relation to the game, the Warriors managed to successfully defend 147. After collecting four wickets (4/34 in four overs) and making a few catches in the second innings, Ripon Mondol was declared the Player of the Match. In their individual four overs, each of the four bowlers used by Najmul Hossain Shanto’s team delivered ten or more dots.
With the victory, the Warriors took the lead in the points standings. In nine games, it was their seventh victory. On January 17, Shanto and company will play the Chattogram Royals in their final league phase match. However, this was the Titans’ tenth and last league game of the year. With five victories and an equal number of defeats, they finished with ten points. The Titans finished with a little higher net run rate than the Warriors, despite winning two less games.
