“I find it surprising that we are regarded as the tournament favourites. It should, in my opinion, favour India to bring the trophy home. They’re perfectly suited to test us because they’re so at ease in their own environment. The rivalry between Australia and India has grown significantly in recent years due to their frequent matches. Our desire to rule here is just as strong as India’s desire to defeat Australia. The competition has grown more intense over time.
