The members of the victorious Indian team chose not to accept medals and trophies from the ACC president because of his position on India as a nation following the recent Pahalgam terror attack, hence the post-match celebration was cancelled. On the pitch, the players were observed lounging and chatting with one another while seated on the ground and holding their phones.
