Several cricket players from Pakistan, including Shaheen Shah Afridi, were seen praying for Haji Abdul Halim Shinwari, the late brother of Rashid Khan. As they celebrated their 39-run victory over Afghanistan, the Pakistani players took a moment to offer Rashid their sympathies on the tragic death of his brother.
In Rashid’s life, Shinwari was renowned for being a rock. Shaheen and several other Pakistani cricket players were seen hugging Rashid and praying for the deceased in the Afghanistan dressing room in a touching video that has gone viral on social media.

Following Rashid Khan passing, numerous sincere tributes were written for him and his family.
In the midst of the sorrow for Rashid and his family, people like Ibrahim Zadran and Asghar Afghan prayed.
Before the game, Pakistan had won the Sharjah Cricket Stadium series-opening match by a margin of 39 runs. In 19.5 overs, Afghanistan was bowled out for 143. Rashid performed admirably, scoring 39 runs off of 16 balls, including one four and five sixes. The only players to surpass 30 runs were Rahmanullah Gurbaz (38 off 27) and Rashid.
The Salman Ali Agha-led team was headed by Sufiyan Muqeem (2/25 in four overs) and Haris Rauf (4/31 in 3.5 overs). After an undefeated half-century (53* off 36) in the first innings, which included three fours and as many sixes, Agha was named the Player of the Match. Rashid Khan bowled really well (1/26 in four overs). But it wasn’t intended for his group. On Monday, September 1, Afghanistan will play the United Arab Emirates.
