Yuvraj Singh warns Rohit Sharma mimic: ‘Itna marunga na tujhe’

Yuvraj Singh, a former Indian cricket player, jokingly chastised a social media celebrity content creator for mimicking Rohit Sharma. In a light-hearted warning, the seasoned cricket player posed with Yuvraj for the cameras when they first met.

By expertly fusing comedy and cricket, the content developer has established a solid reputation for having a great sense of humour. Fans all around the nation have praised his Rohit impersonation. In the video, Yuvraj stated, “Sharma ji ke bete,” as he posed for pictures. Tujhe dekhega na, itna marenga na tujhe, jab woh.

Ahead of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025, which is slated to take place in India later this year, Yuvraj Singh made the comments during the “50 Days To Go” event.

“India is predicted to win by everyone. Just as much as we support the men’s squad, we should also support the women’s team. India is hosting the World Cup. I encourage all supporters to attend the games and cheer on our squad. According to NDTV Sports, Yuvraj Singh told the reporters, “We want our girls to win.”

“The supporters are always clamouring for wickets, or fours and sixes. The game is that. They came to observe. Their desire is amusement. They’re looking for entertainment. There will be instances in which things will go badly. At that point, experience and self-belief must take precedence. The conviction that I can be the player right now. “I think you have to believe that every time you enter the game,” he continued.

Alongside ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta, ICC Chairman Jay Shah opened the event, which included panel talks with prominent Indian cricketers from the past and present. Ahead of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, Indian icons Mithali Raj, current captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, and Jemimah Rodrigues convened in Mumbai for the “50 Days To Go” event.

For the first time since India hosted the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2016, a significant ICC Women’s competition will return to the subcontinent with this next 50-over World Cup. The Women’s World Cup was held in India in 1978, 1997, and 2013.
