Pant reached his half-century on the third morning of the Lord’s Test and has over 3,000 Test runs. His 88 sixes in 80 innings and 45.36 average are amazing.
Pant and KL Rahul revived the innings on Day 3. The pair contributed 141 runs in 198 deliveries to stabilise India after Day 2’s fast wickets. Pant played well, scoring 74 off 112 balls before getting run out in the penultimate over before lunch.
