With the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) finally taking home their first championship, the IPL 2025 is now over. Jitesh Sharma, the standout wicketkeeper-batter for Vidarbha, was one of the team’s best players this season. He will now try to contribute in the first Vidarbha Pro T20 League.
In the 15 IPL 2025 games that he played in, Jitesh Sharma amassed 261 runs at an average of 37.28 and had an incredible strike rate of 176.35. In the forthcoming T20 tournament, which will take place at Nagpur’s Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium (VCA) from June 5 to June 15, he will now captain the NECO Master Blaster.
On June 6, Jitesh Sharma, one of the competition’s main attractions, will kick off his campaign against the Bharat Rangers.
The Nagpur Heroz, Nagpur Titans, Orange Tigers, and Pragariya Strikers are the four other teams in the franchise league besides the Master Blasters and Rangers. Harsh Dubey and Karun Nair will not participate in the Vidarbha T20 event.

Karun Nair and Harsh Dubey, the two most well-known figures in the Vidarbha system, will not participate in the franchise competition because they are now serving their country in England.
Harsh Dubey is playing for the India A team, while Nair has been selected for the five-match Test series against the “Three Lions.” Dubey made a useful cameo of 32 and claimed one wicket during the inaugural unofficial Test match between India A and the England Lions, in which Nair produced an amazing double hundred.
