In response, Rohit Sharma asserted that it is needless to blame the players excessively. The Indian captain believed that the critics had been harsh on him without cause, even though he acknowledged that the players required constructive criticism. The criticism of Sharma’s IPL performance, his stats against left-handers, and other facets of his game was addressed.
The MI batsman concurred that receiving criticism is a normal part of being a cricket player. Rohit Sharma went on to say that he opposes critics who provide far more criticism than is necessary. Despite the criticism of his batting, he said he didn’t listen to it. The seasoned batsman asserted that criticism of him had no bearing on his batting.
“Sportspeople are subject to criticism. Criticism is vital and essential. But needless criticism is what I oppose. It bothers me. A lot of things were spoken about me. However, in an interview with Vimal Kumar, Rohit Sharma stated, “I don’t pay attention to any of it, and it doesn’t affect me.”
