He won Player of the Match for GT’s 36-run victory over the joint-most successful team in the Premier League with 2/18 off four overs against the Mumbai Indians.

Following an 11-run defeat to PBKS, GT bounced back to defeat the Mumbai Indians handily. They will play Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their third IPL 2025 match on Wednesday, April 2, at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The pacer from Bengaluru would be hoping to do well at his familiar venue.
