Former Indian cricket player Harbhajan Singh commended MS Dhoni of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for his outstanding wicketkeeping performance in the current Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. With the gloves, the 43-year-old stumper-batter, who had knee surgery last year, performed admirably. When he removed skipper Suryakumar Yadav from the game against the Mumbai Indians (MI) last night, it was clear how quick he is behind the stumps.
Yadav attempted to play an inside-out shot off Noor Ahmad in the eleventh over, but he missed it because he misread the ball’s line. Before the batsman could get his bat within the crease, Dhoni collected the ball and destroyed the stumps. The ball went straight to the keeper. By the time Dhoni struck the stumps, Yadav had already left the crease. Dhoni finished the stumping in an absolutely amazing 0.12 seconds.
