Rashid Khan, the Afghan celebrity, was recently seen with the Haas Formula One Team. Rashid, who is renowned for his skill with the ball, was seen acting out a faux pit stop while wearing the same uniform as the squad members. By raising the tires and changing them with reasonable ease, he was observed helping the team.
One of the crew members even gave him a fist bump as a sign of appreciation for his apparent enjoyment of the demanding duties. An intriguing edit of the same was posted on the car racing team’s Instagram feed.

Rashid Khan will captain Afghanistan against Zimbabwe in the upcoming series.
On the cricket front, Rashid, who cost the Gujarat Titans an incredible INR 18 crore to retain before the 2025 IPL big auction, will lead the team against Zimbabwe as Afghanistan prepares to start their all-format trip on December 11 with the white-ball series. Two Test matches and as many ODIs will follow the three-match T20I series.
The Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo will host the first Test match on December 26. It is expected to be a historic event for Zimbabwe and Afghanistan. Notably, Zimbabwe will host its first Boxing Day Test after a record 28-year absence, against England in 1996, in the red-ball match. The New Year’s Test, which will take place at the same location from January 2–6, will come after the Boxing Day match.
