The blue symbolises the devotion and trust of the supporters, who have been Konark Suryas Odisha’s greatest asset. The orange signifies the team’s vigour, enthusiasm, and unwavering resolve. A new logo is also unveiled during this event. The Konark Wheel, a reference to the 13th-century Sun Temple at Konark, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is at the centre of the logo. Its round shape connects tradition and sport by reflecting the team’s ties to Odisha’s cultural past and also having a cricket ball-like appearance. Suryas, the name of the team, is symbolised by the brilliant Sun Rays coming from the Konark Wheel, which perfectly complement this.
