With the end of the T20 World Cup 2024, Paras Mhambrey‘s term as India’s bowling coach came to an end. In November 2021, he became a member of head coach Rahul Dravid’s coaching team. He guided an already potent Indian bowling assault to unprecedented heights.

“We were aware of the behaviour of the pitches in the West Indies. We anticipated sufficient wear and tear from the considerable amount of cricket played. Because the US used drop-in pitches and it was difficult for everyone, it was absolutely foreign to us. Win totals ranged from 100 to 120 there. But we knew what to anticipate from the West Indies.
